Ingredients:
1 (10 ounce) package of spaghetti
3 tablespoons black soy sauce
3 tablespoons sesame oil
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons hot chili oil
1 cup cashews
1/2 cup green onions (sliced)
1/4 cup sesame seeds (roasted)
2 cups cooked chicken breast (boned, skinned, diced)
Instructions:
Cook spaghetti, rinse in cold water and drain. Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, sugar and chili oil. Pour over pasta, cover and chill for about 3 hours. When ready to serve add chicken to pasta and toss. Garnish with sesame seeds, cashews and green onions.
